In an effort to make the Program's budget and goals more sustainable, the Program is undergoing modifications that will be implemented on July 1, 2018. If you have not done so already, please register for the mandatory contractor on June 25, 2018 at the Dover Public Library to discuss the updated structure and requirements of the new program. Any contractor who is interested in participating in FY19 (after July 1, 2018) must send at least one (1) representative to attend this training session.

This mandatory training session will review:
- The details of how to become a Participating Contractor (all contractors will need to re-enroll for FY19)
- The enhanced Program structure
- The modified measure mix for rebate incentives
- The details of how the new measure mix and Program structure will be implemented
The chart here contains the measures and incentives the Program will be implementing on July 1, 2018. Please note that Direct Install Measures (DIMs) will remain unchanged from their current levels.
