Subcontractor Update

Franklin Energy and Energize Delaware posted a recent update to the Participating Contractor Operations Manual regarding Participating Contractors and their use of Subcontractors. This update is the outcome of the recommendations of the Best Practices Working Group. This will benefit the programs Participating Contractors by promoting the use of our talented group of contractors which are held to the program's higher standards for quality and service. Beginning on October 1, 2020, the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program will require any measure that qualifies for an incentive to be installed by a Participating Contractor.

Energize Delaware and Franklin Energy strongly encourage any subcontractors to join our program as participating contractors.  The Franklin Energy team are ready to assist any interested contractors in joining the program to continue to deliver important services to Delawareans through our program.
