LIMITED TIME INCENTIVES
- The Air Sealing Incentive Cap will be Increased From 50% to 75% of the Air Sealing Cost
Maximum Incentives Are Increased to:
20% Maximum Incentive of $ 950.00
30% Maximum Incentive of $1,350.00
40% Maximum Incentive of $1,650.002.
- Reduce Customer Copay To $50.00 For Standard HPwES & $25.00 For Assisted HPwES
Assessment Contractors May Elect To Be Removed From The Franklin Process That Assigns Customer Requests That Come Into The Program Without A Contractor Preference. This Would Allow Those Contractors To Only Audit Those Customers They Self-generate.
- Each Completed Project Is Eligible For An Incentive Of $200.00, Limited to One Incentive
per Customer Site.
- Incentive Will Be Paid Separately From The Project
- For Projects With Multiple Measure Types, Franklin Will Prioritize HVAC and Water Heating Measures for This Incentive.
- Incentive Will Not be Included in Franklin Pre-Approval But Projects Still Qualify
CONDITIONS
- Limited Time EXTENDED – May 1, 2020 To December 31, 2020
- Projects – Must Be Submitted for Pre-Approval by 12/31, 90 days to complete
- Assessments – Must Be Submitted by 12/31
- Goal Is To Provide Additional Incentives To Help Contractors Close Projects
- Incentive Can Be Deducted From Customer’s Invoice By The Contractor Or Used By The Contractor To Offset Additional Costs
