Energize Delaware has developed a new process to streamline the Field Quality Inspection Process. It has been determined that it is much more efficient for the FQ inspectors to meet with each contractor during the final test-out phase of each project. To do this, we are requesting that each contractor share the scheduled test-out dates with our staff in advance. This new process will align with the new Contractor Scorecard and aim to produce improved program results by recognizing required corrections prior to scoring.

This process has been practiced with a few of our contractors over the past few weeks and has already proven to be beneficial to each party involved. We’ve documented fewer callbacks, increased program rebate awareness and even found an instance that a participant was eligible for additional rebates.
