All Participating Contractors will be required to enroll or renew their registration to stay involved with the Program. The process will begin by visiting Efficiency Navigator to begin and/or edit an account and upload the required documentation for Program review. Detailed instructions for enrollment were sent on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, which included the link to the onboarding packet that can be viewed here: http://www.deseuhp.org/participating-contractor-resources.
If you are a NEW CONTRACTOR to the Program, no work should be conducted within the Program or under the appearance of the Program, including any contracts or expectations with any customers, until your company has completed the registration process and received an approval from the Program.
Existing Contractors who are RENEWING with the Program should enroll in Efficiency Navigator (and submit all required documentation) by Wednesday, August 15, 2018.

For those who are new to the Program, there will be additional trainings available in the coming weeks on how to use the Program-required software for assessments (OptiMiser) and rebate application software (Efficiency Navigator). New Contractors will also receive information and basic training about the Program, including selling the loan Program.
