On Wednesday, October 31, the Delaware Chapter of the Energy Services Coalition and DESEU hosted the 5th Annual Delaware Energy Conference at the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana. The Lunch Keynote Address was provided by Maria Vargas, Senior Program Advisor at the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, US Department of Energy. Session topics included:
